In our Tactical Kickboxing classes, we combine elements of traditional martial arts techniques
with boxing.
In these classes, partner drills allow students to apply techniques learned in a dynamic and interactive setting. This helps develop reflexes, timing, and spatial awareness while also building confidence. Students will be required to wear protective gear as we practice light contact sparring under pressure. Overall, these classes provide a platform for our students to showcase their martial arts abilities in a controlled and competitive environment, while also promoting physical fitness and personal development.
