In our Traditional Tactical Kenpo Karate classes, we teach our system of Tactical Kenpo which is based on practical self-defense techniques that can be applied in real-life situations.
Our Katas allow practitioners to practice and refine fundamental techniques such as strikes, blocks, kicks, and stances in a structured manner. By repeatedly performing the movements of a kata, practitioners develop muscle memory, which improves their ability to execute techniques instinctively and with precision. In these classes, our students are taught to imagine and visualize their opponents, which enhances mental focus and concentration. It also helps practitioners understand the application of techniques in self-defense situations.
